Appointments can be scheduled up to four weeks in advance. We encourage you to call us at 1.800.757.4598 if you need help making an appointment. We’ll look for an appointment time that works for you!

Prefer to walk into a career center? All services are available without an appointment. We’ll do our best to accommodate you on-the-spot, but please allow some flexibility on timing.

If you need to conduct self-service activities like job searching or filing re-employment claims with the Florida Department of Commerce (FC), walk-ins are welcomed at our Career Centers. Although CareerSource Central Florida is not the unemployment office, we support FC by helping individuals access the re-employment assistance program to file an initial claim for re-employment assistance benefits or use a computer to log weeks via the Reconnect system. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
