2022 Unified Strategic Plan

CareerSource Central Florida operates under the requirement of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and it is required to develop and deliver to the state a comprehensive four-year plan. With the implementation of WIOA, we – as a community – have a unique opportunity to reshape workforce delivery by finding and developing talent to keep businesses in high growth industries competitive in Central Florida.

As the regional workforce board serving Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Sumter counties, we are pleased to announce the release of our two-year draft modification of the Unified Strategic Plan for 2022 through 2024. Our community has the opportunity to review and submit feedback during the public comment period, which starts Sept. 12, 2022, and runs through Sept. 30, 2022.
